I did not try to make these photos paired specifically. I just walked along the same path in Ekaterinhof Park, first in the fall and then in the winter, and the photos were taken from close perspectives.

Molvinsky Bridge - the main object captured in these photos. This bridge looks very simple. But its old name is Petrovsky Bridge, after the name of Emperor Peter I. This bridge was on its way to his residence, which was not preserved.

The first bridge on this site was built in the early 18th century, it was wooden. The bridge was rebuilt several times. In 1899 a wooden five-span bridge was built here, it existed until 1983. In 1983-1984 a modern bridge was built.
