Last night we had the pleasure of drinking a pint of Sparklepuff unfiltered extra-strong beer. I got suckered in by the tacky label and bought it because of the cat with laserbeam rainbows. Normally I wouldn't pay this much for a beer but since it is 10.2% alcohol and an intense but tasty flavour I didn't regret it.
The beer is from the Flying Monkey's Brewery of Barrie, Canada, they are known for their funky labels and hoppy IPAs. Sparklepuff is not only the self-proclaimed Defender of the Universe it's also a Tripple IPA with a peachy-malty taste. If you like funky beers and/or are stoned, I recommend you visit http://www.flyingmonkeys.ca/beers/ I've tried a few of their hoppier beers as those are the ones more widely available. We have hundreds of craft breweries with more popping up each year around here and it's impossible to try them all. Flying Monkeys has been around for a while and definitely takes the art of beautiful label to the next level.

Yup, unfiltered 3x IPA with a funky can~A hipster can dream. Not much of a hipster though; today on the golf course I drank Bud Light by choice! The beer is good but I only bought it because of the cat on the label 🐱
I assure you Crypticat does not like beer but she likes the smell of Sparklepuff. Thank you for reading
