I came across an article on Coindesk today that explains how a group of six people have filed a class action lawsuit (see below) against BitConnect and some individuals, namely Trevon James (real name Trevon Brown), Craig Grant, Glenn Arcaro, Cryptonick and some others. It seems that the 6 people who started these proceeding want back there lost monies which amount to $770,000.00.
Trevon and Craig as well as Glenn look to be in damage control at the moment with Trevon not posting his regular YouTube videos and Craig who is seemingly on the run by moving away from Miami to an undisclosed place in the countryside and Glenn deleting all his YouTube videos. I myself lost money in BitConnect but i won't be part of any lawsuit as i accepted the risks when i first got involved, i understand peoples frustrations and think they are well within their rights in chasing after their lost money, whichever way this turns out; these are interesting times and could set a precedent in the crypto space.
