Due to some russian realities, it is almost impossible to have available assets in the country ( big capital without government's interference with it). And, the ambitious and well-informed teenagers does want to earn money here and go live abroad. They understand that independent capital is almost impossible to have in Russia. I mean millions of dollars. And the dream is to leave Russia.
