Oven-baked salmon steaks, easy to make. Sautéed with a small pinch of salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Popped them into an oven for some 15 minutes at very low heat. Hey presto! Served with dill sauce.
Penne with carrot and tomato bits. Simmered penne for some 5 minutes, strained and stir-fried with carrot and tomato bits, soaked them for some 4 minutes in over-the-counter sauce over low to medium heat. Springy and al dente. Some paprika paste for a hint of very mild spiciness.
Both are easy to make and perfect for a family of three. Bon appetit.
