People who follow my blog may remember, I introduced "Bang Bang Oriental Food Hall" about a year ago. It has fast become one of my favourite and most regular “To Go” places, almost on a weekly basis, lol.
The food hall consists of approximately 35 stalls offering up a great selection of the best Asian cuisines including Chinese, Japanese, Malaysian, Thai, Korean and more. Being able to go each one, choose food from completely different cultures and regions and eat in a central dining area is such an amazing concept.
Moreover, the food quality here is of a very high standard as all of them are established brands having been around for a long time with a huge fan base already.
My favourite stall here is “Four Seasons”, which is a Chinese restaurant known to produce some of the most delicious roast duck in the UK. Their roast duck is sensational in its rich and unique taste complimented with a delightful sweet sauce. A must try for any duck lovers out there.
The Honey Roast Pork (Char Siu), also known as the Chinese BBQ Pork, is one of the dishes I order quite often from this place too. The pork is so tender and has a savory yet sweet flavour. Absolutely delightful.
Also high on my list is a Korean dish from “Janchi Korean Kitchen”, being their K-style fried chicken. I am telling you this is the most mouth-watering chicken I ever had, crispy and crunchy skin on the outside bursting with flavour, and juicy, tender meat on the inside. Tasting soooooo unbelievably good! A must try recommendation from me, lol.
Due to the self-service nature of the place, it is an excellent value for money too, especially comparing to the restaurants nearby. There is also an island bar at the entrance to cater for those who enjoys a beer or two.
I really enjoy the experience of “Bang Bang Oriental Food Hall” and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoy Asian culture and their tasty cuisines.
