親愛的朋友們:)
LONGGG time no see! As you may know I’m a student at the University of Hong Kong 🇭🇰. Last week when I went over the posts I made on Steemit I found out I haven’t written about even ONE place where we can enjoy quality food next to the Uni! 🍤🍩🍹So, I decided to write an article on some of the fine restaurants near HKU :) Are you ready for the food hunt?
好～～久不見！！大家可能會知道，我是香港大學的學生🇭🇰。上個星期當我回看自己在Steemit的舊帖子時，發現竟然我連一家港大附近的好餐廳都沒有介紹過！🍤🍩🍹所以，我今天打算介紹兩家我認為不錯的餐廳給大家:) 大家準備好美食探索了嗎？
Second Street Comfort Food & Bar
Located on the ground level, the restaurant enjoys perfect natural lighting. ☀️ As we went quite early that day, there were few people in the restaurant.
因為它是在地下一層，所以擁有非常好的自然光☀️。由於我們那天去得早，餐廳裏還沒有什麼人。
You can pick a table next to the French window and enjoy the street view :) I admit that the view would probably be better in the evening ;pp
你可以選擇坐在落地玻璃旁，這樣，你就可以欣賞到漂亮的街景了:) 不過我承認，這裏在晚上應該更美哦;pp
The interior design is pretty impressive :)) 🌿🚌
室內設計也很不賴哦:))🌿🚌
And this is their menu. It’s huge, so you don’t have to keep on turning pages to compare the prices and food. 🌶🥂However, the downside of this is that there’s no picture at all!! But the good thing about this is... you’ll be surprised by the beautiful dishes!
這就是他們的菜單啦！它真的很大，只有一頁，所以你可以不用翻來翻去對比食物和它們的價錢了。不好的方面是，上面連 一張照片都沒有！不過，好處就是......你一定會被他們精緻的食物和擺盤吸引！
I ordered linguini, clams, garlic and parsley pasta :) It looked wonderful!
我點了一個香蒜意大利香菜蜆肉意粉:) 它看起來棒極了！！
And it tasted nice, too! The seasonings were fresh but not too heavy, enhancing the flavour of the pasta. 🌱However, you can see that the pasta was a little too dry. It didn't perfectly soak up the sauce ;p Nonetheless, the dish is definitely worth trying 🇮🇹
它不僅賣相好，而且十分美味！裏面的調味香菜很新鮮，味道也不會太重，讓整道菜變得更美味🌱不過，從照片裏你應該可以看出，這碟意粉有點乾，沒有完全吸收裏面的醬汁;pp 雖然如此，這個意粉還是十分值得一試的！🇮🇹
And it’s considereate of them to provide a bowl for shell disposal 🐚 :))
他們很貼心，還為我們準備了放殼的小碗呢！🐚 :))
According to my friend the salad tasted nice, too! 🥗
我朋友說，這碟沙拉也是十分美味的！
Shaz Confections
Shaz Confections is a bakery specialty cafe.☕️ Their signature 16-layered crepe cakes are layered with handmade paper-thin crepes and fluffy fresh or Chantilly cream. 🍰 They claim that their selection of confections is inspired by travels and experiences around the world ;p What I appreciate the most is their low-sugar recipes for the confections 🎂
Shaz Confections 是一家專門經營烘培生意的咖啡店☕️。他們的招牌16層千層糕用的是手製、如紙般纖薄的薄烤餅，以及新鮮的香緹奶油🍰 他們說，他們選擇甜品的靈感來自於世界旅行;p 我最欣賞這家咖啡店的是他們的低糖配方🎂
Let’s see what they have! This is called “Rocky Road”, which is basically chocolate and marshmallows ;pp

Japanese Uji matcha and Rum & Raisin crepe cakes :) 🍇

And Raspberry and Cream Cheese crepe cake! 🧀️
還有覆盆子奶油芝士千層糕！
For me, of course Sea Salt Caramel is the best 😍💋
當然，我最愛的還是海鹽焦糖千層糕！！ 😍💋
