Here is today's vlog! Murder Dog and I are still hanging out in the free campsite near Eldred, NY. The rain continued off and on throughout the night and following day, but I did manage to get most of the gear dried out enough to pack up. I left our canopy set up so that I could partially park underneath it, thus giving us some semblance of a campsite. With things setup, We headed off to go explore the area and get some supplies.
We had to hit several stores to track down all that we needed but we finally acquired everything we needed. With some new tools in hand, we headed back to the campsite to go rustle up some firewood. After chopping up enough for a couple of days, we attempted to settle back in for the night. There was a minor incident with my phone, which stopped working altogether, but luckily that corrected itself after awhile. I do enjoy being disconnected from the internet but having no contact at all with others was something that I wasn't quite ready to deal with. Thankfully that crisis was averted!
