More than 15 years ago, infrastructure made by the government for the expansion of the new popular clinic Sparta is paralyzed, since it was canceled and never finished as normal in Venezuela, since the works are given to friends of the government and they cancel everything and leave the works unfinished and nothing happens because they give their share of money to them. Corruption is that it has destroyed this country and the only ones who have money are the government's plugged in and I say it with property, since I know a person who was very poor and just enough to make friends with a minister and plugged him into the government and right now is one of the wealthiest people in the state where I live.
