How did 👉🏻 you usher in the 🎆🎇 new year 🎉🎊 ❓ When I was younger 👧🏻, a 🎆🎇 new year celebration 🎉🎊 usually means 💃🏻🕺🏻 street 🛣 parties 🎉🎊, 👀watching 👩🏻🎤👨🏻🎤 concerts 🏟, being in the moment, in the 💃🏻🕺🏻 hustle and bustle 🔊🎤🎙, in the crowd 👯👯♂️ and when the clock strikes twelve 🕛, scream 🙀 at the top of my lungs, wishing 🗣 everyone around me a happy 🎆🎇 new year 🎉🎊 😃😜😁 and watching the fireworks 🎆🎇!
As years 📆📅 pass ✈ and as I grew older 👩🏻, hopefully wiser 🦉, I prefer 😊🙂 to stay home 🏡, at the comfort of my own 👉🏻👍🏻 living space 🏡 with my family 👨👩👧👦, , 👀watch 📺 a nice, feel good movie 📽, without 🚫⛔🙅🏻❌ the crowd and when the clock strikes twelve 🕛, go to the balcony and watch the fireworks 🎆🎇 until it ends, wish 🗣 everyone around a happy 🎆🎇 new year 🎉🎊 and then go to bed 🛌🏻 💤😴.
It is quite amazing how as we grow 👶🏻👧🏻 older 👩🏻🧓🏻👵🏻 , our 👁️🗨️👁🕵🏻 perspective 👓 in life changes. I enjoy staying home 🏡 , with some me time ⏳ and I cherish every moment ⌚ I have with my loved 👨👩👧👦, ones. ✈ Over the years 📆📅, I have lost a number of close family members and friends 🌹, and after each loss, I appreciate 🤗💞 every second ⏰ I have with those who are still around because we will 🤷🏻♀️ never know what happens tomorrow 📅.
This year, I will work on eating and living healthier - more veges 🍆🍅🥑🥦🥒🌶🌽🥕🥔🍠🥗🍄, more 🍇🍓🍈🍒🍑🍍🥝 fruits 🍏🍐🍎🍊🍋🍌🍉 and set aside 🏓🏸 exercise 🏃🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️ time ⏳, even if it is just ❿ minutes a ➀ day doing some stretching 🧘🏻♀️.
I will continue to do things that makes me happy such as arts 🎨🌈🖌🖍✏ and crafts ✂, needlework, swim 🏊🏻♀️ , play 🎵🎶 music 🎼🎸, watch happy 📺 movies 🎬 and cleaning because when I 👩🏻 am happy 😃, I can make 🤡🤹🏻♀️🤸🏻♀️ others happy 😃. I will work on living each day 🌅🌄🌇 and always remember to be thankful 🙏🏻 for all that I have 💞 and for all those around me 🤗.
