One βΆ great ππ»ππ» thing about π New Year is that ππ» you get to start afresh π, you have an excuse to change π± things π, a reason to have π plans and the opportunity π° to set π goals π₯ β½ for the year π .
One of my π©π» βΆst resolutions for 2019 is to sleep ππ»π€ earlier, wake up early the next β morning and go for βΉβΊ minute β walks πΆπ»ββοΈor swim ππ»ββοΈ, just as the sun rises π . For me, the π is very important because sunlight ππ‘π¦ gives us Vitamin D and it is always nice to get some heat π₯π from a fresh π morning sun π. It is amazing how you gain β an βΆ hour β³β° or β· by waking πβ¬ early π . Once you get a good dose π of happy π endorphins, you are all set to start βΆ your day.
I used to plan for my weekly exercises π€Έπ»ββοΈπΆπ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ during the day but there was always something that came up last minute π€π© and I ended up not π π»ππ» getting enough π exercise ππ». Once you start βΆ going through the motions π of the day, there will always be something that creeps β π in to spoil π your plan π and you end π your day feeling crappy π©.
I gave my plan a try this week and I am happy π with my π©π» achievement πthis week. I am going to execute this new formula ββπ©π»βπ¬ and hope π it lasts me π©π» through the year. All it takes, a good ππ» reason to stay healthy π, to live long and prosper ππ», some will πͺπ»ππ»ββοΈ power and self motivation π€Έπ»ββοΈπΆπ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ.
