Today emoji contest, I would like to share on how to have a healthy lifestyle.
1.Think🤔 Positively➕ and stay away from negative ➖thought🧠

Always think 🤯positively on every event or occasion you encountered. Everything happens for a reason 🤗and if you think it positively✙, you would see👁 things turn around for the better👍. Negative thoughts always drain your energy😖 and even attracts a lot of negative energies🔋😰, more like a small rolling ball🏀 becomes bigger and faster😓.
2.Exercise⛹🏊♀️🚴🧗♀️
Exercise daily if time🕰 permitted👌. Walk 🚶♀️if possible. If your destination was within walking distance, make the effort to travel by foot👣 instead of by car🚘. When you have time to spare, park 🅿further than you normally would to get in a few blocks 🏢🏢of walking time and increase your step count👣. If possible🤞, use staircase instead of escalator or lift. I always make sure myself at least have a small walk ❸❌❿ mins a day if time permitted💪.
Walk to the park🏞 with your kids and spouse👨👩👧👦, friends 👬or neighbour👫 who you’d like to catch up 🗣with. This would be a great bonding👥 time after a busy day.In weekend, you could go for a hike🧗♂️, play basketball⛹️, golf🏌, swimming🏊 or any activities which you like. Even shopping 🛒🛍also a good exercise.
3.Eat 🍜🍲🍞🍱healthy🙂.
Eat more fruits 🥝🍈🍊🍎and Vegetables🥦🥒🥕🍆. Cut down carbohydrates food e.g. rice🍚, noodles 🍜, potatoes🍠. Eat more fishes 🐟🐠include oily fish. Oily fish consists of omega-❸ fatty acid which have various benefit to your body and brain🧠.
Eat ❺ small meals a day is not easy 😅 to follow even myself😬. Our main meal normally would be breakfast, lunch and dinner. As long as we do not over eat every meal😊with sufficient greens 🥗, should be fine✌😉.
4.Stimulate your brain or keep your brain working🧠
Keep your brain working everyday by reading🧐📰, play games🎴🃏 e.g crosswords. Chinese like to play mah jong🀀 🀁 🀂 🀃 🀄 🀅 🀆. Chinese believe🙄 that by exercise your brain with mah jong🀐 🀑 🀒 🀓 🀔 🀕 🀖 🀗 🀘, can keep alzheimer’s 😵disease away. By keeping your brain active😉, it helps to build new brain cells and reduce a person’s risk of developing dementia later in life🤓
5.Do not 🙅skip breakfast. 🥚🥪🥞🍳
Breakfast is the most important meal 🍽of the day. Some people like to skip breakfast because of no time 🕚or lose weight😱👎. Taking a simple and nutritious breakfast could be very simple. Fresh fruit🍇🍌, oatmeal, bread🍞 with low fat cheese🧀, hard boiled eggs 🥚are some of the quick and healthy breakfast.
Starting breakfast can boost metabolism and reduced your heavy intake of lunch because of craving🤤. Some studied 📖 said breakfast can improve concentration and memory.
6.Get a good 👍sleep🛌.
Good sleep 💤is very important to regenerate energy for the next day. In Chinese, body organ starts to detox when we in deep sleep, each organ 👃👁🧠👂has it dedicated detox time at night🌛. Some people have trouble 😓in sleeping😴. They can try to avoid heavy meal 🍴🥣before bedtime🛏, exercise🏃🏃♀️, relaxation technique like meditation🧘♀️, taking a hot bath 🛀or drink a cup of milk 🥛can help your body and mind to relax.
The above ☝only some suggestion how to maintain a healthy life. It very much depends individual perception on what is healthy life😁. In digital era, each of us cannot leave technology📱💻⌨🖥 in our daily life. We are working🙇🙇♀️ longer hours 🕙🕚and utilizing technologies and less appreciate the creation of mother nature🌴🌳🌼🎍🍁🏞.
I would suggest leave technology once a while, and get closer to nature, enjoy the fresh air and greens🌱🌿☘🎍🎋🌹🥀. Every cell of our body would be yell with joy and productivity would be better.
