Roast about steam-fried baozi

These steam-fried baozi were made by my friend. I love them so much. When I came home I decided to make them by myself too.

Three hours later I got them. Almost all of them exploded.

No comparison, no harm!

I shared this picture in Wechat. My friends started to tease me.

"I looked carefully. Did you make Shaomai?(Shaomai is a Chinese food. Using a very thin wrap to hold filling, form a "neck" and a flower shaped top. So the top is open. )

“Hey,honey!I think you should use unleavened dough to make it instead of self rise flour.”

"Turn over all of them and take a picture again."

“They all looks angry!”

“Those Kai Kou Xiaos are really good! ” ("Kai Kou Xiao" is Chinese traditional snack. "kai kou xiao"means " open mouth to smile". The name comes from its shape, because these small flour balls will be split in frying.)

Finally I agreed that there is comparison, there is harm.
