这是前几天心血来潮煮的一道菜奶油虾!因为自己很想吃自己煮的奶油虾,也是要煮给妈妈吃尝试一下她宝贝女儿的厨艺。这是我自己学习煮食的其中一道菜肴,并不是妈妈教的哦!其实奶油虾并不是很难煮,只是清洁的步骤比较多!
想要吃到好吃的菜肴都是需要时间的等待和慢慢的品尝,才会吃出菜肴的精华在那里。如果只是需要果腹那么狼吞虎咽就好了,不需要慢慢的品尝!
如果要奶油虾入口香脆好吃,那么奶油虾最好是加入面糊再煎炸至金黄色。入口一定香脆好吃!

自己喜爱吃的虾~1 kg
罐头生奶~一罐
辣椒~2条 (切碎)
curry 叶~随意
现在是调味料;
盐~一点
味精~一点
白糖~适量
蒜末~适量
牛油~一汤匙
奶油虾的煮法非常的简单~首先把锅烧热加入牛油,用中火把蒜末爆香倒入 curry 叶和辣椒一起炒香。闻到香味之后倒入罐头牛奶(如果喜欢多汁的可以加入多一些的牛奶)!所有的调味料也可以加入了。现在看到牛奶有小泡泡冒起时就可以把虾倒入,搅拌。上桌!😋
Ive always liked to cook for my mom, but for a few months i was busy with work so i cant cook for her. But few days ago, i get to cook for her again. I decided to cook Butter Milk Prawn.
Recipes:
1kg prawns
1 can of evaporated creamer
2 pieces of chili (diced)
Curry leaves according to personal liking.
1 small pieces of garlic (diced)
Butter (enough)
Salt
Sugar
For the batter:
500g of flour
Salt
Sugar
Pepper
Italian Seasoning
Steps:
- Mix the batter.
- Clean the prawns thoroughly.
- Dip the prawns until its covered fully with the batter and fry until golden brown.
- Put aside the fried prawns.
- Melt the butter in pan on medium heat.
- Fry the diced garlic, diced chili and curry leaves in the melted butter.
- Turn to low heat and pour the whole can of evaporated creamer. Bring to a boil (in low heat to avoid burning).
- Add salt and sugar to taste (butter milk suppose to be more sweet rather than salty).
- Turn off the heat and mix the fried prawn in the butter milk until the the prawns are all covered in butter milk.
Voila, Butter Milk Prawn is served. Enjoy!
