Yesterday was public holiday in Malaysia – Wesak Day. After an exhausted “Fixed My House Crossbeams” project – I decided to take a break and chill out a little bit, by doing taro’s replanting at my garden.
For your information, I’ve been planting these taros for more than two years. It’s about time for me to harvest and replant the taro.
Here’s the step by step tutorial on how to replant taro:
Firstly, just pull out the taros by using all your “mystic energy” lol
Secondly, cut all the taros by using sickle (please be careful not to hurt the roots)
After cut off the taros, shake all of the dirt away and put those taro’s plants aside for replanting process
Plow the soil equally
Remember to put on some fertilizers, before you start the replanting
Lastly, replant the taro’s plants side by side, about 10cm each of them
There you are – the whole taro’s replanting process is done. Isn’t it easy enough?
It’s nothing better than spending my holiday and sweating at the garden, hopefully there are many people out there who share the same interest with me will enjoy this taro’s replanting tutorial.
