A Brewery In UK Selling Stocks For BTC


One of the fastest developing outfits in the brewery industry in U.K, BrewDog is soliciting crypto investments by accepting cryptocurrencies for stocks.


The company was founded back in 2007 and described as a Bitcoin-friendly microbrewery and celebrating the 10th year of its operation they have created a new beer called Cryptonite according to a publish video they release on their website.


The same video also reveals that the brewery has over 110,000 shareholders at present and can legally be bought using cryptocurrency.


The funding round is called the equity for punks and will last until April of next year with each shares of the company costing 25 GBP.


This type of investment would likely to become a common theme in years to come as more and more businesses and establishment recognizes the potential and use of blockchain technology as well as its very first use case which is cryptocurrencies.
