Nonprofit organization that is well known for its cryonics research and practices, Alcor Life Extension Foundation, has recently revealed that is now accepting bitcoin cash (BCH) donations.
It was reported that the same person who convinced the foundation to accept bitcoins back in 2014 via Bipay was the same individual who convince Alcor to accept BCH, Roger Ver Bitcoin.com’s executive chairman and one of the industry’s first angel investor.
It must be noted that the nonprofit organization also accepts cryptocurrency payment in ETH, LTC and BTC, they also indicates in their donation page that if a donor who wants to donate other cryptos they may contact the foundation directly as they can most probably provide a wallet address.
Upon the creation of the BCH wallet address Roger Ver generously gave Alcor 3 BCH which is around more than $1,000 USD.
