According to Crowdz funds raised during the funding round will go to product development, marketing and sales and hiring personnel.

Invoice Exchange enables companies to get paid within a few days or less, unlike previous systems which takes 120 days or more to get paid, aside from this it offers an auction platform where companies can submit their invoices for banks or investors to make offers for financing without filing additional paperwork.
