Data from Google Trend’s search analytics resource indicates that internet users searching for Bitcoin (BTC) is approaching monthly highs.
It was revealed that the interest on Bitcoins continuous to increase after Facebook as publicly announced that they will be releasing their own cryptocurrency using Libra blockchain that it has been developing for more than half a year.
The resurgence of public interest is seemingly correlated with the renewed bull market with bitcoin currently trading at $10,881 almost up 35% on the month.
The top five countries that are searching for Bitcoin are Nigeria, South Africa, Austria, Switzerland and Ghana, those searching for Libra are Uruguay, Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Albania and Panama.
