According to news reports online one of China’s major finance new provider, Sina Finance, has recently added crypto index into its mobile app.
The new index provides data on prices and performance of major cryptocurrencies like bitcoin (BTC), bitcoin cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), XRP and Ether (ETH).
It is not yet clear if the desktop version will ever be release in the future, nevertheless it is quite refreshing to know that despite regulatory challenges in China, the Chinese community still embraces the emerging asset class.
The Chinese government has been increasingly determined to shut down cryptocurrency activities in China including trading, ICO participation and more recently planning to ban the operations of crypto mining in the future.
