China has emerged as the surprising leader when it comes to public interest in the project, what makes this more surprising is the fact that cryptocurrencies are banned in the country.
According to the nation’s web search giant Weibo Libra is the third most searched topic.
Perhaps a bigger number of people hailing from China would be included in the number if Google was not blocked in the country.
However despite these many roadblocks it seems that the Chinese people are really interested with Facebook’s Stablecoin.
