EOS is now supported in Coinbase which enables users to buy, sell, convert, send and receive or store the sixth largest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization.
The announcement was made through the company’s blog but EOS support will initially be not supported by New York State or the United Kingdom.
According to their blog-post EOS is a cryptocurrency designed to support large-scale decentralization application, and unlike other blockchain it does not require fees to send and receive EOS instead it uses resources like RAM, CPU and network bandwidth.
This is the latest move of Coinbase which is seen expanding its trading support as well as its trading jurisdiction which has greatly increased in recent months.
EOS is also now included in Coinbase Earn platform where users can be rewarded with cryptocurrencies from projects simply by learning more about them and other simple tasks.
