The decentralized exchange Ethfinex that was formerly operated by Bitfinex has separated from its previous operator to become a distinct business entity dubbed as DeversiFi.
The new business entity will exist independent from BitFinex and will offer a variety of features that the company has been working on for the past two years.
The new exchange will reportedly deliver the same deep order books, narrow spreads and fast execution speeds that users experience from large centralized exchanges.
BitFinex claims that DeversiFi is the first and only high-speed decentralized exchange that allows traders to execute orders of any size directly from their private wallets.
