Steve Bannon, the former chief strategist of Trump during the Presidents first seven months in office has a different view on cryptocurrencies saying that the emerging asset class has a big future.
He adds that cryptocurrencies will play an important role in the global populist revolt going forwards.
According to political think tanks, Populism is the cause of ordinary people in a democracy against vested interests.
He seems to believe that the best way to address this threat is for the U.S. to embrace cryptocurrencies regardless of its origin which is far from what his former boss’s think of the nascent industry.
