Joshua Ashley Klayman Kuzar the founder and CEO of Klayman LLC and Inflection Point Blockchain Advisors and widely known as one of the best cryptocurrency lawyer in the industry seems to be supporting Facebook’s attempt to create its own blockchain.
In a recent interview she shares her opinion on how uniquely odd and exciting this moment is for cryptocurrency as a whole, as Facebook’s Libra initiative has effectively forced legislators, crypto proponents, critics and regulators to talk about the emerging asset class.
Klayman also praises Facebook for its decision to headquarter Libra in Switzerland which has been in the forefront of Fintech and blockchain technology and provides a friendlier and clearer regulatory environment.
The cryptocurrency community has a divided opinion on Facebook’s crypto project with some thinking this would be the start of crypto going mainstream while others fearing that it could be the start of big companies trying to control the industry.
