While most of the crypto trading community keeps their focus on Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP, some are keeping their eye on Litecoin which has been dismissed as a lesser clone of Bitcoin.
But taking a closer look at the project there have been several recent and upcoming developments which show the Litecoin community is alive and kicking and basing on the current market price performance of LTC is doing quite well.
The Litecoin hashrate has been spiking and has gone through a major spike in recent weeks so much so that it even reach a new all-time high which confirms the demand for LTC is not slowing down at the moment.
Like BTC, LTC also undergoes halving rewards which is due in around 56 days, halving events usually marks the start of a new bull cycle for BTC which LTC seems to follow basing on its recent market performance.
Lastly running a full node on TOR seems to be a thing now in the LTC community for additional privacy and anonymity, such a feature is not that difficult and is just a matter of following the Bitcoin full node Tor guide and replacing it with a Litecoin client.
