A new financial institution is preparing to open its doors for crypto startups in the U.S. and raising capital in an unconventional way.
Arival Bank is founded by two Russians and an American and is currently awaiting an International Financial Entity (IFE) license from regulators in Puerto Rico before opening its doors.
The new startup will be kicking off an equity crowdfunding campaign in two platforms: SeedInvest which has been recently acquired by Circle and Crowdcube from the United Kingdom.
The campaign is planned to launch in June with a goal to raise around $3 million according to SeendInvest associate Samuel Lawson.
According to Arival founders, Slava Solodkiy, Igor Pesin and Berger they was to serve clients who are getting rejected by traditional and digital banks like crypto-related businesses, charity organizations, freelancers from co-working spaces, expats, refugees and many more.
