A well-known crypto analyst has recently made an error announcing that the online giant brokerage house TD Ameritrade has entered the Bitcoin retail market.
Of course this was not true as of the moment but some crypto-centric news outlets have already broke the news that the said brokerage has officially launched bitcoin futures trading.
Mati Greenspan realizing his mistake quickly took to twitter to apologized to the community stating the product at TD Ameritrade is currently only for professional clients however stating that there is persisting rumors that they might open the option to the general public.
Only time will tell if one of the leading brokerage house in the U.S. will open its bitcoin trading to the masses, adding more venues where the emerging asset class could be traded freely in an regulated environement.
