Burwood is such a heaven for foodies, where you can find different types of restaurants, cafes and food stalls that would surely tickle your taste buds. There is a new area in Burwood with brand new restaurants and night market, which I have mentioned in a previous post and I will surely mention again in the future. But, today, I will be talking about a cafe that we went to when we first discovered area, a cafe called Sexy Tea. To be precise, it is actually a tea house serving Asian style milk tea, and it is also more artistic and classy than sexy. We discovered this place by accident, as we were suppose to meet with a friend and his other half for some supper late in the evening, but most of the shops were closed, and the friend never turned up. So, it turned into a date, and me and J went into this teahouse, one of the very few places that was still open for a drink.
悉尼的Burwood真是个美食天堂，各种各类的餐厅，小吃都可以在这里找到。Burwood 最近开了条美食街我之前也介绍过，而我们第一次光顾这美食街去的是一家非常文艺的茶馆，茶颜悦色。我们和这茶馆的邂逅原自一次朋友的爽约。本来约了朋友晩上十点在Burwood新开的美食街吃宵夜，结果发现大部分店九点半就关门了，朋友最后也没有来。我们只好在为数不多还在开门的店里挑了一家去喝点东西解闷。
We were immediately attracted to the shop’s deco as soon as we entered. There were flowers everywhere. Although not all of the flowers were real, it still gave the feeling that we are in a beautiful garden. They claimed that their tea is made with real leaves, and uses fresh milk for their milk tea. Sounded Awesome! So we ordered two cups of tea: An Osmanthus milk tea and a matcha milk tea.
一进去店里我们就被那漂亮的装潢所吸引。店里放了很多的花，有真花有假花，让我们觉得像身置春暖花开的桃花林中。他们的奶茶也十分不错，我们点了两杯，一杯绿茶奶茶(抺茶葡提），一杯桂花奶茶（桂花弄）。看名字就十足的文艺！
When they gave us our tea, we were struck by how beautiful the cups were, with beautiful oriental style artwork drawn all over it. This artistic touch added onto the romance provided by the garden like surroundings. The tea themselves were delicious. The milk foam on top of the tea was not as rich as that found in an Italian coffee, so it's more refreshing than creamy. But you can definitely taste the fresh milk in the tea, a particular taste that you can't find in powdered stuff. You can also taste the fresh fragrant of real tea too, the subtle bitterness of matcha green tea, and the spring like freshness of the osmanthus flower, all added to the complexity and depth of the drink that was really a treat for our our taste buds.
我们从来没有见过这么漂亮的纸杯子！杯上的绘画大显中国风，文艺的纸杯和鲜花的艳丽让店里浪漫满屋。奶盖也非常的可口，奶泡比意式咖啡里要来得淡而清爽，牛奶的香味新鲜而浓郁，那种鲜美是奶粉没法比的。茶里的清香和甘甜也是茶精没法复制的。绿茶的苦涩和桂花的花香让这两杯奶盖充满层次感，给我们的味蕾带来了一次美满的享受。
Sexy Tea is a great tea house that is slightly misnamed, but nonetheless classy and romantic. Being one of the better tea houses that we could find in Sydney, I would highly recommend it, especially for late night dates.
茶颜悦色是一家不错的茶馆，非常的文艺，浪漫，值得一去！
