I hope my rebuttal might influence @berniesanders’ thought process on the negative voting. Perhaps he should let it go, and let the users see what Steem really is without the flogging wars. Maybe the community will become more aware then of the flaws that need a solution. But negative voting is a feature of Steem and so he has as much right to use it as Jerry has to use any means possible to maximize his rewards.
IOW, the tl;dr is that I don’t want to blame people for using the system features. I would rather focus on fixing the flaws in those features that cause all of this discord in the community.
I don’t want to pick sides between Jerry vs. Bernie. That is just like the power vacuum of democracy that divides-and-conquers us. I am not accusing you of being wrong per se. I am just stating what my priority focus is.
