"The power of straight arms"
Today is the third day of my 77-day push-ups and I will show you a common mistake that people make in push-ups – incomplete amplitude. This is especially noticeable in those who try to do more repetitions.
Since they do push-ups quickly, some elements of push-ups they fail. Including this partial straightening of the arms at the top.
I don't usually make that mistake, but my ward Donald does.
So, today Donald Trump flew to Russia and we met face to face.
He was very excited, the wind ruffled his magnificent hair. By the way, Donald has repeatedly proved that this is his own hair, not a wig.
But let's get to the point! I'll do push-ups first. And after my seven push-ups, which I am now capable of, I will show you the mistake that Trump makes, and then he will do push-ups himself.
Trump is great at wringing out the Prime Minister of Montenegro, and in general to push people. But as for push-ups, he's a fake!
He doesn't straighten his arms when he's at the top of the push-ups. This is the reduction of the amplitude of motion. Full straightening of arms in push-ups is necessary in order to be stronger and it is valuable in other exercises too.
Donald understood his mistake, but I'm not sure he'll fix it completely. After all, our mistakes are often caused not by the fact that we don’t know how to do push-ups correctly, but by the fact that we have weak muscles or ligaments.
However, I have noticed a few more mistakes from Donald, and we will definitely meet with him tomorrow to show them to you!
