
It's been a while since I've baked any bread, and yesterday I had a go at baking focaccia. I've only baked it twice before, and this time the result was .... I'll let you be the judge. In my video I've condensed over two and a half hour baking down to 2 minutes. Here's a little glimpse of the final output. Let me know what you think after you've watched the video.
