[Day 10] Doing PLANK! for 30 Days @minloulou


#plank-contest at day 10, i set my goal to reach 5:00 and finished at 2:05 (from 2:00). Anyways I ran out of time to and I just edited with quite a lot of elements. I also did a bit push-ups for warm up and support the people who took the challenge of #22KILL, wish you all well

很開心的有很多來自不同國家的人參與了「每日運動」計劃,還有新的人以不同方法介紹了他/她的心得、感受等。雖然昨日有點不愉快的經歷,不過「人怕出名豬怕肥」,其實我係樂觀地覺得我們做到了一點點成績所以才有人來注視,比當初預期只是普通的運動來得更有得著。

不是每個人都喜歡對著鏡頭的,世界就是因為每個人都不同才美麗,我的偏好是選擇用影片 +文字的方式去表達意見。

希望Steemit這個去中心化、自由表達的社區能繼續維持,不會被一些立心不良的壞分子破壞

  • Spend ONE-MINUTE in doing PLANK. Keep doing this for a month

WHY

  • Too many sitting, Too less moving This plank challenge only takes ONE-MINUTE from you everyday It’s very acceptable for everybody as I believe :)

How to join

  1. Warm-up and prepare yourself to take the challenge
  2. Work on the ONE-MINUTE-PLANK (If this is your first time to do PLANK, just take it easy and try to do 30 seconds or less! And then slowly increase the time to one-minute)
  3. Take a snap tube(<1 min) when you’re working on it
  4. Upload the clip to dtube or put the shot into your post. Or you can nominate others to join as well You can use this as a topic [Day 1] "Doing PLANK" 1 min PLANK challenge for 30 days [30天平板支撐挑戰]
  5. Tag #dtubesnap and #plank-contest
  6. HANG ON for 30 days
