
#plank-contest at day 9, I was thinking about what @ericet said of 2:30 and all my head about is to reach 2:30, half of 5:00(@davidke20's record). Sadly I didn't reach with only 2:00 and my back is already sour. I was hurt before and I wish through the practice of this 30 days, I can train up a little of the muscle to prevent future injuries.

but don't get mislead by the topic, he's encouraging others to not ONLY post your PLANK-ing but also sharing about your feelings, music, singing, dolls etc.
When I look back, at first I only use iMovie to edit my tube and capture my shadows, simple background music and subtitle. But now after the shares from @yanyanbebe about the apps "inShot" and "Splice", I do feel I have great advance on video editing. Although just those simple things like adding the pictures, stickers, subtitles, a little bit motion effects(I don't like fancy), I'm having interests on it.

This plank challenge only takes ONE-MINUTE from you everyday
It’s very acceptable for everybody as I believe :)
How to join
- Warm-up and prepare yourself to take the challenge
- Work on the ONE-MINUTE-PLANK
(If this is your first time to do PLANK, just take it easy and try to do 30 seconds or less! And then slowly increase the time to one-minute) - Take a snap tube(<1 min) when you’re working on it
- Upload the clip to dtube or put the shot into your post. Or you can nominate others to join as well
