
#plank-contest at day 7, I did together with @yanyanbebe, just go for a simple one. I tried to explore more about the video editor apps -InShot and found it very functional with addicted. I really want to do a little bit more effects like "fast reverse", creating "back to the past" and it turns out it doesn't have one like that, anyways~.
I always leave a message to the people who joined, the real challenge is started from day 5, the mental one which pull you back, gets LAZY. It's again happening. Can I beat it?
Anyways, after few days, a friendly reminder to you all to STRETCH couples of seconds afterwards.

This plank challenge only takes ONE-MINUTE from you everyday
It’s very acceptable for everybody as I believe :)
How to join
- Warm-up and prepare yourself to take the challenge
- Work on the ONE-MINUTE-PLANK
(If this is your first time to do PLANK, just take it easy and try to do 30 seconds or less! And then slowly increase the time to one-minute) - Take a snap tube(<1 min) when you’re working on it
- Upload the clip to dtube or put the shot into your post. Or you can nominate others to join as well
