
Day 22, it's starting very lazy for uploading the tubes during Christmas holidays instead of moving or work up, LOL. Anyways, I found another new trick to do PLANK, not push-up, with the song of Bring Sally Up. It makes the exercise more interesting with a bit movement. I was thinking I can get longer length with this in the beginning but soon I felt my back is burning( maybe the injuries in the past). Final time is 2:05 (<3:03)

WHAT
- Spend ONE-MINUTE in doing PLANK. Keep doing this for a month
WHY
- Too many sitting, Too less moving This plank challenge only takes ONE-MINUTE from you everyday It’s very acceptable for everybody as I believe :)
How to join
- Warm-up and prepare yourself to take the challenge
- Work on the ONE-MINUTE-PLANK (If this is your first time to do PLANK, just take it easy and try to do 30 seconds or less! And then slowly increase the time to one-minute)
- Take photos when you’re working on it (Not compulsory to take snap tube from now on)
- Upload the photos to steemit and share some feeling after plank :) (For clips, you can use dtube)
