Hi Steemians,
Kremnica is a really small town in Slovakia which has its own mint and some gold mines as well. As you all know, we love traveling to different places and Kremnica is just one of them. Our friends flew into Slovakia from London and drove 2 hours to meet up with us so we can spend the weekend together. These friends are all from Sydney so it was great to see them again. The town itself has approximately 5000 people so you can imagine the town is not very busy. When we decided to venture around on a Sunday, the streets were virtually empty. The church we wanted to visit was closed on Sunday and Monday so if you are visiting Europe in particular winter months, do check the times carefully even though Google Maps said it was opened when we checked on the day.
