Judgement Day For Tokens?!
In the latest official post, Bombarding EPC players with STEEM, we get to hear about nukes and bombs, and even though one can fully understand that it will have an immediate affect on the tokens, we can't be sure of the exact outcome yet...
One Thing Is Certain...
People are often talking about inflation, and how users or in other words, token holders will be affected by a larger userbase and volume. The more EPC tokens that has been distributed, the worse it will get. That's basically how most people are looking at any gambling tokens. The divs will be less if you don't increase your own stake at all times. - This is actually true, generally speaking, and I have personally experienced and felt the same things, but that was before EpicDice.
Only 4.080% of the tokens are circulating, which means that those have been distributed to users. Without nukes and bombs, we can already see a burnt amount of 4.483%. That basically means that these tokens have become invalid, or deleted. This is the good news for token holders and people looking to jump onboard.
You see, the max supply is being affected by the 4.483% of the tokens that doesn't exist anymore. The max supply decrease for each burnt token and these nukes and bombs will make things even better!

Okay, let me just explain something, EPC will not crash and burn like it would be the Judgement Day for tokens... But, more than 1000 STEEM was given out due to the Prize Pool before this announcement. The prize pool is a pool that allows people to gamble tokens for STEEM. Each time you bet with tokens, 5% of the tokens are being burned in a winning scenario. If you lose, 100% of the tokens are being burned.
That prize pool has previously been topped up by 3 STEEM each hour, and it will continue in the same pace as before. However, the nukes and bombs will function as an additional "top up" for said prize pool.
The EpicBomb contains 20 STEEM and will be used to fill the prize pool in a quicker pace:
"Unlike the fixed 3 STEEM/Hour pool topping up, dropping of EpicBomb will be totally random and on an ad-hoc basis. The announcement of such dropping will be only available in our Discord channel. So if you are a pool hunter, be sure to join the awesome community while busy accumulating that sweet EPC!"
The EpicNuke is 5 times more powerful than the EpicBomb, and it contains 100 STEEM, so whenever the Nuke is launched we can expect to see the prize pool go up to no less than 100 STEEM in seconds!

I told you in the beginning that we can't be sure of the exact outcome yet, but in a nutshell, all of these things will ultimately lead to more burned tokens, less inflation that people talk about and eventually, the EPC tokens will be worth more than ever before...
