This will be the last week of the regular season where the matches are spread between the entire weekend. During the last 2 weeks, all matches will be played at the same time on Sunday 18:00.
Standard vs Moeskroen
Standard played another poor away match last week against AA Gent and this team can be summed up at great at home against weaker teams where they have no problems to win matches but unable to replicate this in away matches. Moeskroen can't currently be seen as a weak side. They are on a 6 game winning streak currently and have played excellent. This week, the bank accounts of Moeskroen have gotten frozen because of possible money laundry and match-fixing. The players have been ordered not to talk to the press and it will have to be seen is this has any effect on them whatsoever. Their coach has stated that they want to take the 7th win in a row keeping up the good momentum even though they don't have anything left to play for. For as far as betting goes, it's hard to oppose a team that took 6 wins in a row when they are getting a +1 handicap, but I'm also not willing to oppose Standard who can field their best team and took 30 on 39 at home. I do expect an up and down match with both teams going for it and creating enough chances. The over is the main bet I'm looking at in different forms. Both to Score | over 2.75 | Moeskroen TT Over. The over in corners is also an option as Standard averaged 14.6 CK in their last 3 home matches against non-top teams and Moeskroen Averaged 14 CK in their last 2 matches against AA Gent and Racing Genk. The Scoreline in those matches influenced these numbers though so them somehow getting ahead will have that put high on my list. There are also no odds available yet on that. Plenty of bets that I would potentially want to get into pre-game but I will keep my discipline and wait for live confirmation. The scoreline in this match will also be of major influence when it comes down to betting.
