I've been working on changing with the help of a push from this bounty post by @metametheus

Listening To The Wind

It's all about making one gentle change to your life and seeing if this makes a difference.

The change I made was taking time each night to list my tasks for the next day and review my progress for the day I just had.

This action has made a difference for me and I will continue. I have certainly accomplished more this week than in recent prior weeks.

I need to succeed

I feel like I have been failing in recent years. I am constantly missing goals or dropping them before I accomplish what I meant to.

The day before I saw the post by @metametheus, I had already listened to this video:

Brian Tracy is a well known and regarded motivational speaker and author who helps you to set goals and get things done.

I had already decided to find someone to follow for help in motivation and achieving goals. Brian Tracy was the person I picked after checking out several others. I like his style, he has a lot of free help, and I felt like I could do what he suggests.

I do not have good wifi here in Malaysia and cannot use up my monthly time on you tube. I went to Brian Tracy's site here:

https://www.briantracy.com

and downloaded a number of free pdf's. These I can listen to with the "read aloud" feature of adobe and I have been doing this once each day. I find them very helpful to keep me on track.

What's next?

I need goals.

Right now I have only got tasks.

Goals are more long term than tasks. I am surprised to know I don't have any goals now. This is what I will be working on until I get some.

Should I:

  • Write more books?
  • Market the books I already have?
  • Revitalize my weight loss coaching?
  • Keep pushing for success on STEEM?
  • Or do something else?

Maybe you can stay tuned for the answer.

My photo for this post is a blurred Bangkok dusk. I used a Canon ELPH160 point and shoot camera for it.
