I don’t intend my posts to be all about food. But my mind is on holiday. Words don’t flow and ideas don’t come. And I haven’t done anything really interesting or worth reporting yet. So, you will have to put up with these posts on food, until such time I venture out, or find something interesting to write about.
It was my friend’s turn to cook. It’s western cuisine - pork tenderloins, potatoes and lentils. Lovely tenderloin chops. All washed down with some Fidencio red wine.
After dinner we talked about how we are going to save the world while observing the new moon setting behind the local hill.
We will be dining out with friends later. Tomorrow is Sublime Sunday. I will try to post something interesting then.
