Writing is a process that is done with sincerity. This process requires a routine and ongoing effort. Do you need to be sustainable? because ideas like ghosts sometimes come uninvited and leave without being driven away so that when there is no idea then they don't write then the passion for writing will disappear and the fingers will be stiff to produce works.

The things that are often experienced by writers are difficult to write. This is naturally experienced by the author, especially the novice writers who still cultivate the hope to produce works.

To produce this work requires a trick to be able to write continuously. One trick that can be done is to undergo therapy.

In the medical world therapy is an effort to restore the condition of the body of someone who is sick. This recovery process is by giving treatments so that the condition returns to normal. As well as writing, to be able to write normally and continue to require certain treatments. This treatment aims to get used to writing.

Some things that can be done to do writing therapy include:

First, write without breaking. Writing requires habituation. By doing this habit we will get used to writing. One habit of writing that can be done by writing without breaking up.

Try writing every day without breaking up in a week. To do this therapy, a detailed schedule of what should be written every day is needed. From that schedule we try to fulfill it. If we break it, we are ready to receive punishment.

Writing without breaking up will also further familiarize the fingers with the keyboard so that the two will be able to unite in writing ideas.

Second, explore ideas. Bringing up ideas is not an easy matter because on the way many beginner writers lose ideas. Even thinking hard even ideas don't appear. To stimulate this idea requires serious effort because without writing ideas will never materialize.

To come up with this idea, it can be critical to the environment or by reading a lot, then doing the ATM principle (observe, imitate, modify). When reading try to focus on the interests that are being cultivated so that it will enrich the idea of ​​writing.

Third, Publish posts. Publication of work is important in writing therapy because by publishing it we can know what our writing skills are like. Where to publish it? To publish works can be through social media and writing platforms such as kompasiana, blogger, wordpress or the like.

If the published work does not require a place that can be publicized through social media. If you need a place that can be written a lot on the blog.

To get used to something is not an easy thing, but if we have strong intentions accompanied by concrete actions everything will feel light. But if everything starts with an initial step along with real action, everything will continue to flow. If you are used to it don't stop. When everything has stopped, it will be difficult to start. The spirit of writing to continue to inspire and motivate.
