Blockchain as a Resource for Public Space
Last week, we announced that we would be hanging out around the Ethereal Conference. One of our Cohort 1 incubator members, @mintvilla, had won one of the Ethereal art grants and we were able to participate in the programming last Friday. This post will provide an overview of the installation and a photo journal of the event.

All the panels and article descriptions from the event are documented and presented on the following website - https://www.scapeshift.co/. You’ll find more background info on the project, the affiliated practice, and more fun content overall.
Conversations with BRIC TV
We closed out the day with an unexpected but engaging video interview with BRIC TV right out of Brooklyn. They were immediately hooked on the story of Steem Park since it hails from their own borough and we ended up doing an extensive recorded conversation with Brian Vines. We talked all about Steem, how crypto will change the world, and why we need more concrete precedents of crypto’s impact in real communities. Hopefully we snag some airtime and press around Steemit soon!
