I made an effort this week to concentrate on taking hummingbird photos and it has caused me to appreciate all of your hummingbird photos even more! They are so fast and simply refuse to hang around for a photo shoot!

Ruby-throated hummingbirds are eastern North America's only hummingbird. The birds pollinate many plants while gathering nectar. These tiny birds are omnivores, sometimes feeding on insects and spiders.
