I LOVE TO COOK...always trying new combinations of spices, herbs and fresh veggies as well as fresh fish, beef and lamb. Most times I just open the fridge and pull out what's there and go to town. Of course a bottle of vino is always there to inspire me.

Today it was shrimp scampi with fresh spinach and pine nuts...…….so delish! My hubby loved it, and so quick and easy to make. IMG_1991.JPG
