Dear friends, I leave for your readings my entry for the contest of short stories Fox Tales, promoved by @vermillionfox (bases, here).
I use the disturbing drawing that @vermillionfox left to inspire us.
My story picks up the distressing images his drawing provoked in my imagination.
I am grateful.

Pretty Doll
She knew it was his pretty doll. That he had sacrificed his life outside to be next to her... Outside? Why had they never been outside? A cloud of flashes passed behind her eyes. The electric wire from her collar had sent a pulse. It didn't matter, for the light coming through the tiny skylight indicated that he was about to arrive. Her anxieties grew. She thought of his hands on her hips (and, secretly, she also anticipated the relief of being temporarily disconnected from the wires)... She rejected the thought and struggled to evocate his hands... His steps were so soft... He almost always surprised her when he was already by her side and woke her up with a gentle slap (she shouldn't fall asleep. No. She had to be awake to give him her love). Then she felt his hands pulling his hair with love. With the other he caressed her thigh. The knife was cold (it was always very cold). He cut it a little on the knee, sweetly. An emotional tear slipped down her cheek. He wiped it with his handkerchief. He also wiped the saliva that slipped down her chin (she was embarrassed, she would have to hurry to heal...she was trying, but she couldn't close her misplaced mouth). Then, with skillful movement he brought the jaw to its place and a burst of lights exploded in her head... Why didn't he go out with her? A short walk would be nice and romantic... Visit the river and navigate. Drinking wine under the moonlight, he thought and could imagine it so clearly that the cold of the knife doing its job was confused in the scene with a lick of the cold water of the nocturnal river.
Gracias por la compañía. Bienvenidos siempre.
