Hello guys!!
Finally, I had the time to write this post! Eveybody!! We're in Week Five of #sixweekhealth Challenge hosted by @healthsquared and beautiful @sweetsssj! You can join here !
In this post, I want to show you guys how I stay active and fit while exercising at home! I don't know why, but I'm feelling much comfortable at home and not to the gym. Here is just me, with my music, with my space, with my buddies in need (xD my cats and dogs), with my stuff. I prefer going to the park or somewhere outdoor, but not the gym.

Anyways, I do all kind of exercises. From planks, abs, squats, swimmers, jumping jacks, crunches, high knees to burpees, sit-ups, leg lifts, etc etc etc.
Before I write about my experience, I want to remember you the benefits of being active in order to motivate you to start/continue with exercising and keeping your body fit:
- your vitality will grow
- you'll have better mental health
- your self esteem will grow
- your sleep will improve
- contol weight
- improve muscle and bone health
- boosts your energy levels.
But like a BIG CONCLUSION, you'll be much healthier!

Ok, moving on!
This is the equipment I had:
- Jumping rope
- One mattres
- Dumbbells
- One small stepper
- Exercise ball
- Pull rope
- Sit-up bank
And now, I want you to meet my "Workout buddies" ! Even if I want to, I couldn't be alone in this! This time, we have Tomy, Joy and Mercy ( the dog). You can see the "evidence" of their iminent presence on the mattres, mostly the cats!

Back to the subject, I always start warming my body with easy exercises. This is a must.
Here is me, doing some planks and some exercises for the legs and the abs.
Planking exercises is not just to strengthen your core. When planking, shoulder, biceps, neck, and also the muscles are strained.

Here is a photo of me on the stepper.
By using the stepper:
- Your aerobic capacity increases.
- You burn calories
- Improve stress levels.
- You tone your muscles

Now I jump a bit using this rope :p
When you think at cardio equipment, a Jmping rope is all you need. It can improve your coordination and can your cognitive function will improve too.

Here I try to do some exercises for my back! It is really a blessing this ball! I love it! I feel so relaxed when I use her:)
This ball is good for all our muscles and help us to ameliorate knee,back or hip injuries, regain a better posture, flexibility and core stability.

These two Dumbbells are my little friends!
The muscles are better activated when we use dumbells because they create inter and intramuscular coordination
This gif is so funny! I was trying to be serios, but I looked up to my "muscles" when I started to laugh I told my mom "cut the video", but I wanted to share it with you 'cause it's pretty funny.

This pull string can be used for multiple workouts, you just need to learn how to play with it:)

Ok guys, this post is pretty much done!
Hope you understand the need of being active and fit! You don't need equipment if you don't have one. Just search on the internet all those infinite workouts without equipment needed. To be active is important to do what you like. Just like me, I don't like to much going to the gym, but I found a way how to keep fit! When you feel unmotivated, read about how exercising improves your health. I always do this and it works wonderful!
