In Indonesia, we are accustomed to enjoying snacks by frying. Similarly, plant-based snack snacks.
Fried spinach is indeed not a new idea for a snack. But usually the fried spinach recipe does not use breadcrumbs. Look at these beautiful leaves. 😍
This time I shared a fried spinach recipe that used breadcrumbs to get a crispy texture.
P.S: Fried spinach with breadcrumbs should be enjoyed as soon as possible so that the texture remains crispy and tastes good.
To make this recipe, you must choose a wide size of spinach leaves.
Step 1
Prepare two tablespoons of cornstarch and two tablespoons of all-purpose flour. Then mix with enough water.
Step 2
Prepare breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until completely mixed evenly. Make sure you use fine salt so that it doesn't clot on breadcrumbs.
Step 3
Begin to dip the spinach leaves into the flour mixture, then roll it into breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry then drain.
Step 5
Enjoy with your favorite sauce.
