
So today I was quite in the Predicament when my Mom insisted me to Cook the Dinner for Her. It's not that I didn't want to Cook, but we have an Open Kitchen so in Winters its pretty cold in the kitchen.

But what I was to do My Mom insisted so made some Simple Dish which consisted of Parathas, a Side Dish, Scrambled Eggs and some Pickle to accompany.

1. Parathas

So these are kind of Chapatis but a bit Fried. Instead of frying in Refined Oil I used butter to fry it which makes it more Delicious. The shapes of the Parathas came out in various types as I am not a Pro.

2. Alu Dam

So this Dish is a Side dish for the Parathas which is a bit Spicy as its better to eat Spicy in Winters. More Chillies equals more Heat inside your Body. Especially Since the Temperature is dropping day by day.

3. Scrambled Eggs

Honestly I wanted to make an Omelette but in thing left to another and I ended up with Scrambled Eggs. The Scrambled Eggs were mixed with Coriander leaves, Onions, Salt and Cayenne Pepper to make it Interesting.

4. Pickle
So a while back my Mom made an entire Bottle of Chilli Pickle which I just Love so I added one Chilli Pickle in the Plate as well.
