Today I will tell you about an interesting salad, which has French roots, although it looks very similar to" Caesar")).

Ingredients:

Chicken liver salad

  • Chicken liver, 300 gr.
  • Salad, 200 gr.
  • Rye bread, 200 gr.
  • Garlic, 2 tooth. + a pinch of dried
  • Olive oil, 8 tbsp.
  • Balsamic vinegar with 2, tbsp.
  • Mustard, 1 tablespoon
  • Salt, black pepper, to taste

Cut the bread into pieces, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with dried garlic, salt and dry in the oven at 180°C for ten minutes.

Cut the liver into pieces (if not yet) and fry in a pan for ten minutes.

Do dressing, for what mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Lettuce cut or tear hands, add crushed garlic, mix everything except croutons. Add the dressing.
