Today I will tell you about an interesting salad, which has French roots, although it looks very similar to" Caesar")).

Ingredients:
- Chicken liver, 300 gr.
- Salad, 200 gr.
- Rye bread, 200 gr.
- Garlic, 2 tooth. + a pinch of dried
- Olive oil, 8 tbsp.
- Balsamic vinegar with 2, tbsp.
- Mustard, 1 tablespoon
- Salt, black pepper, to taste
Cut the bread into pieces, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with dried garlic, salt and dry in the oven at 180°C for ten minutes.
Cut the liver into pieces (if not yet) and fry in a pan for ten minutes.
Do dressing, for what mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Lettuce cut or tear hands, add crushed garlic, mix everything except croutons. Add the dressing.
Add croutons just before serving, so as not to soften.
